Charles Home
This project was a lovely family home in which the occupant had a desire for more space and light. The proprty was extended with a full width rear extension incorporating a large open plan familyroom and kitchen. The extension then further wraps around the side of the dwelling creating a new entrance hall, a downstairs W.C. and a utility room.
Wight Home
This project started as a small rather dark family cottage. The image shown was just a conceptual floor plan at the initial design stage incorporating a large full width rear extension but as discussions progressed with the client all but the roof and 2 exterior walls were removed and the house extended to the boundary and to the rear, a rather grand project with an epic end result and a very happy client
Full Demolition and Redesign in Edinburgh
A mamoth project convering a single story cottage to 2 state of the art semi detached dwellings. I will feature this project in more depth at a later date but the cleint brief was taken, shaped and blown out of the park, 2 stunning dwellings finished to an incredible standard
